Learning outcomes
Through lessons, group discussions and simulations, the curse intends to let participants learn the characteristics and the ways an employment interview can be carried out.
Program
The course aims at providing the fundamental concepts about personnel selection and assessment.
In particular, the course will:
outline the characteristics of the selection and assessment process based on a psychological approach;
deal with Job Analysis
underline the concepts of validity and reliabiity of psychological testing
define the interview as a method of selection
deal with structured interview, situational interview, behavioral interview
