Learning outcomes
METHODS IN GENETICS: The objective of the course is to introduce the basic principle and techniques used to make recombinant DNA. Students will learn how to use experimental protocols and how to perform basic experiments in molecular genetics such as DNA cloning in plasmid vectors, transformation of E. coli and restriction analysis.
