Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing students methodologies and analysis tools to interpret, systematize, engineer and re-engineer structures and operational mechanisms within different organizations. With this course we intend to offer students an organic and complete perspective about topics regarding organization design both at intra-organizational and inter-organizational level.

Examination Methods
The exam consists of an oral exam. The test is divided into three open questions aimed at verifying the knowledge of the fundamentals of public companies and the ability to systematically link the acquired knowledge.
