Learning outcomes
Practicing sampling techniques of food products for chemical and microbiological analysis in a controlled environment.
Program
The course will introduce the students to all the elements of food sampling (tools,materials,procedures). There will be also practical exercises on the procedures for the sampling of food products for microbiological and chemical analysis.
Examination Methods
Students must attend to 100% of the laboratory activities.
The level of skill acquired by the students during practical exercises will be evaluated to ensure that it is sufficient for situations encountered during internship.
