Learning outcomes
Let the student practical skills in a protected environment in relation to the identification, assessment and management of risks and the choice of measures of prevention and protection designed to eliminate or reduce them , in a diverse and complex work environment .
Program
In conjunction with the thirty Civil Defence Corps and the Permanent Trento Fire Department in particular with the PROVINCIAL SCHOOL Fire Department, the workshop is held in the classrooms and in the operating areas of the training of civil defense operations center site Marco di Rovereto.
The laboratory work is based on three days of the first 6 hours, 7 hours later.
The workshop will consist of a theoretical introduction, deepening on labor, a broad stage of work (including part of personal practical experience on the production field, part of group work in the classroom and part of individual work in the classroom) and a final phase methods comparison of the results.
Students are divided into groups, within the group there is a personal work because everyone is responsible for drafting its own on certain risks tab. In particular
- General complex of the risk, interference, drafting DUVRI
- Risk of fire and explosion; risks from flammable and gas deposits, risks from gas leaks, dust explosion hazards; tests off with fire extinguisher; Exercise detonation gas, hot oil, etc.
- Self-propelled machines, rollover risk, Mechanical risk
- Risk assessment and prediction of security measures for two simulations
1 intervention in areas affected by the earthquake or building collapse and gas outburst
2 sports event organization: forecasting risks and definition of safety measures
Examination Methods
The teacher will provide each student with the tools and materials necessary for the performance of the laboratory . The student is required to bring general protective clothing ( coveralls ) and personal protective equipment available.
You need the compulsory attendance of 100 % of the total hours scheduled for the laboratory .
An evaluation of the skill level reached by the student in the lab that certifies the ability of application in real internship contexts .
In particular it will be rated the classroom individual work and the oral examination .
To support the oral exam , the student must write a report on what was done in the laboratory and as an experience and as safety considerations .
