Learning outcomes
Aims of the course is improving knowledge concerning literary Italian of XVI-XXIth centuries by reading and analysis of literary texts (appropriately selected). Aim of the course moreover is guiding students to autonomous interpretation of literary text with suitable study and analysis’s methodologies.
Program
Literary Italian’s study and analysis methodologies’ acquisition will be improved by reading remarkable literary texts of XVI-XXIth centuries. Notable poets in XVI-XXIth centuries: gaspara Stampa, Giovanni Della Casa and XVIth century Petrarchism; Marino; Foscolo; Manzoni; Leopardi; Carducci, Pascoli; d’Annunzio; Gozzano; Ungaretti; Saba; Montale; the XXth century’s second poetic generation (Sereni, Fortini, Caproni); XXIth century’s poets (De Angelis, Magrelli).
Erasmus students are supposed to contact the teacher in order to fix syllabus and examination.

Examination Methods
Oral examination: reading, analysis adn interpretation of literary texts studied during the course.
In order to pass the examination students are supposed to demonstrate their knowledge concerning history of Italian language (XVI-XXIth centuries) and their abilities on interpreting literary texts.
Erasmus students are supposed to contact the teacher in order to fix syllabus and examination.
