Examination Methods
------------------------
MM: DIRITTO SOCIALE DEL LAVORO
------------------------
For attending students the examination consists of an oral discussion on the topics dealt with during the course. For non-attending students the oral exam focuses on the programme as presented in the textbooks. All these examinations are aimed at verifying students’ knowledge, correct use of language and capacity of connecting the different thematic areas involved, with specific attention to the issues related to the work of disabled people and of non-Eu citizens, and discrimination.

MM: SISTEMI GIURIDICI DI PROTEZIONE DEI SOGGETTI VULNERABILI
------------------------
The exam will be conducted with an oral interview aimed at verifying the understanding of the subjects covered by the course and related legal issues. The oral exam is unique about the whole program. The attending students can however choose - alternatively - to make an oral presentation on a chosen topic and agreed in advance with the teacher. Such exposure, where it implies a positive and satisfactory result, will replace the above oral examination.
