Learning outcomes
La proposta formativa concerne l’attivazione di un modulo didattico in lingua inglese per 3 CFU, 18 ore di lezione, rivolto agli studenti dei CdLM in International Economics & Business Management (IEBM) e in International Economics & Business (IEB) e finalizzato allo sviluppo delle c.d. transactional skills, attinenti alle capacità di negoziazione, con particolare riferimento ad una trattativa di natura commerciale. Il modulo sarà idealmente collegato agli insegnamenti di International Law e International Business Law dei CdLM in IEBM e in IEB.
Examination Methods
L’attività formativa richiede un impegno corrispondente a 3 CFU. Il riconoscimento di crediti è subordinato alla frequenza delle ore previste di lezione e alla produzione dei due documenti relativi alla trattativa simulata (lettera al cliente e lettera di intenti).
