MM: INFERMIERISTICA CLINICA CHIRURGICA

Intraoperative assistance: - Distinguish and motivate interventions aimed at ensuring patient safety - Analyze the different types of positioning and their characteristics in relation to surgery. Post-operative assistance: - Distinguish and motivate the methods of surveillance of the patient undergoing surgery. - Recognize the main postoperative complications (nausea and vomiting, PONV, acute postoperative pain, urinary retention, ileus, alteration of fluid balance) and identify the main prevention and treatment interventions. - Motivate the guidelines aimed at early mobilization, early re-feeding and post-operative fluid management. - Analyze the characteristics of post-operative and procedural pain and interventions aimed at prevention and treatment. Assistance to the person subjected to gastrectomy: - Recognize the post-operative problems of the person undergoing gastrectomy surgery and recognize short-term management interventions. - Plan assistance interventions aimed at managing possible long-term complications. Assistance to the stoma patient: - Recognize the post-operative problems of the person subjected to intestinal resection with ostomy packaging. - Analyze the interventions related to the management of ileostomy and colostomy in the post-operative period: care of the stoma and peristomal skin, choice of principals .. - Distinguish possible complications related to the ostomy and treatment modalities. - Design a discharge plan for a patient with an ostomy. - Design an educational program for a patient with an intestinal / urinary derivation to promote self-management of their disease. Assistance the woman undergoing mastectomy: - Recognize post-operative interventions aimed at maintaining limb mobility. - Distinguish the characteristics of post-operative seroma from those of lymphedema. - Train the woman to perform exercises aimed at preventing lymphatic stasis. - Designing a discharge plan to help the woman take care of the limb, manage lymphatic drainage, recognize the onset of lymphedema. Personal assistance with hip prosthesis and plaster cast - Recognize the care problems of the person with limb immobilized by plaster cast. - Design an educational plan for the person subjected to hip replacement surgery.

Definizione ed esame obiettivo delle maggiori lesioni muscolo scheletriche o dei tessuti molli (distorsioni, lussazioni). Incidenza, eziologia, stadi di guarigione, complicanze precoci e tardive delle fratture (in particolare delle fratture del colo femore dell'anziano). Patologie della spalla, dell'anca ,del ginocchio con particolare riferimento alla sostituzione protesica. Approccio al paziente polifratturato (bacino, colonna, arti). Peculiarità di approccio al bambino con problematiche traumatologiche.
