1. Entry modes to the host market
- How a foreign investor (a company) can enter a host market
- Barriers to entering a host market
- Different entry modes (advantages; disadvantages)
- Is Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) – the best option?
2. Investment incentives – a tool how to attract foreign capital (companies) to the host market
- Reasons for Entering Foreign Market
- Forms of investment incentives in selected economies
- Current trends in the area of investment incentives
- Discussion and comparison of investment incentives system in given countries

Learning assessment procedures
Si ricorda che i laureandi di dicembre 2022/aprile 2023 non possono partecipare e richiedere l'accreditamento di cfu per la presente attività, in quanto si tratta di un'erogazione 2022/2023, mentre le sessioni di laurea si riferiscono all'a.a. 2021/2022.
Gli studenti regolarmente iscritti all'a.a. 2022/2023 sono tenuti a inserire l'attività a libretto.
Per il riconoscimento di 1 cfu: partecipazione a discussione in classe sui contenuti del corso e breve relazione finale scritta.
