Learning objectives

The aim of this course is to introduce the students to structured programming by using the C pro-gramming language. The course is divided into two modules as detailed below. - Module Programmazione per Bioinformatica: This module provides the basics for writing and under-standing simple C programs. - Module Laboratorio di Programmazione I: The students will learn to develop code in structured pro-gramming style, by using the C programming language. At the end of the module, students will be able to use tools for editing and compiling, in order to produce simple C programs.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

Partial exams at January + June. Alternatively, full exam starting from July. In any case, the score is made up of 30 points derived from the code written during the exam. Code that does not compile is not considered.
