Design active teaching methodologies
Guidelines for the creation of active teaching methodologies
Teaching technologies
Educational robotics
Engagement and active learning
The role of feedback in active learning
Space management in active learning
Promote reflective skills through active teaching

Bibliography

Visualizza la bibliografia con Leganto, strumento che il Sistema Bibliotecario mette a disposizione per recuperare i testi in programma d'esame in modo semplice e innovativo.

Didactic methods

Lectures, active teaching strategies (including role Playing, think, learning by Teaching, methodologies connected to cooperative learning, etc.)

Learning assessment procedures

The groups will be asked to develop, present and implement an active teaching methodology. The activities presented in the classroom by each working group will be analyzed according to the model offered by the SWOT Analysis by the other participants. This will be associated with stimulus questions that will guide the writing of a reflective text. All these elements will contribute to the evaluation.

The final evaluation of the course will take place through a written exam (lasting three hours) and will be divided into two types of questions:

a) a first series of questions will aim to investigate the candidate's ability to acquire the contents proposed by the study materials (these are therefore questions more focused on "knowledge");
b) a second series of questions will aim to start from this knowledge acquired to verify the candidate's ability to use this knowledge in a practical context, in an area of application characterized by autonomy and creativity (they therefore aim to further investigate the area of "skills").

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The criteria for evaluating the open-ended exam are the following: degree of coherence of the answer with the question, degree of in-depth analysis of the concepts, use of language appropriate to the scientific themes/concepts covered.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

As regard the evaluation of the learning activity realized during the course evaluation of each student will compete: a) the evaluation of the elaborate by the teacher; b) the peer evaluation; c) the final feedback collected.

An evaluation out of thirty for each question will contribute to the evaluation of the written exam.
