Learning objectives

Modulo 1 - inserire

Module Individual and Team Sports: the course aims to give students the knowledge of basic elements of the theory and regulation of the main individual and team sports. The course aims to offer an overview of issues related to different ages, gender and different ability levels (promotional-amateur-professional).

Module Human movement and sport practice - bases and applications: the course aims to provide students with knowledge relating to the basic principles of motor behavior and learning contextualized to the practice of physical and sporting activity, and the teaching methods used for the acquisition of motor skills. At the end of the course, the student will be able to recognize and understand the basics of motor behavior and the acquisition of skills in different various age groups that characterize the practice of physical and sporting activity.

Prerequisites and basic notions

To realign the sports science skills of students with bachelor's degrees other than L22, the course requires a basic knowledge of biochemistry, anatomy, and physiology as a prerequisite.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The exam includes a written test with mixed, open and closed answers for 90 minutes. The final grade is equally distributed across the three primary themes underlying the course.
