Laurea in Servizi giuridici per imprese, amministrazioni e no-profit - Enrollment from 2025/2026Title required for matriculation
To be admitted to the Bachelor's degree in Legal Services for Companies, Administrations and Non-profit organisations, students must hold an upper secondary school diploma or an equivalent foreign qualification.
What are basic knowledge
In order to enrol for a Bachelor's degree, it is important to possess some basic knowledge. The knowledge test aims to check that there are no significant deficiencies in particular disciplines. The test may be carried out at the same time as the admission test (for courses with programmed access) or in different ways, scheduled during the first year.
If the test reveals gaps in one or more subjects, it is still possible to enrol, but it is necessary to carry out some additional activities, called Additional Educational Obligations (OFA), to be passed within the first academic year, otherwise it will not be possible to enrol in the second year.
To help students make up for OFAs, each course of study offers specific training activities.
Basic subject requirements
The proposed course of study requires an adequate ability to analyse and understand texts in Italian (minimum knowledge). Possession of this requirement, assessed according to the methods indicated below, is required for admission to the second year of the course.
Methods and dates of verification
Possession of the minimum knowledge is verified by means of a test during the first year (reading of a short article followed by a number of multiple-choice questions aimed at verifying the ability to analyse and understand the proposed text).
Test dates
- November 2024 (for those enrolled by 30 September 2024)
- February 2025 (for those enrolled from 1 October to 15 December 2024)
For students who have not passed the test or who have been absent, remedial courses of a total of 12 hours will be offered during the first year of the course, and they will be subject to passing the relevant test.
