Program
The course covers the following topics: - Soft skills (CV writing, selection techniques, ongoing training); - Soft skills to enter the role of Internal auditor.
Didactic methods
The topics of the course will be discussed in lectures, for a total of 8 hours of teaching (according to the lesson calendar). Attendance is expected in mixed mode, that is, with the teacher in the classroom and the possibility for the student to choose to be present in the classroom or remotely via zoom. The remote mode is to be understood as synchronous with the classroom and may also be 100%. Students who intend to attend remotely must equip themselves with the technologies functional to the use of ZOOM and PANOPTO. Teaching is supported by the dedicated e-learning platform (MyUnivr). In the platform, students will find: a) the program and the teaching calendar, b) the materials (slides) of the lessons and other supplementary materials, c) the periodic verification tests, d) the texts of the four mandatory project works, e) the links and useful information for LIVE remote attendance and for contacts with the Internship Office and the University Language Center. At the end of the lesson, the teachers are available for Q&A. In particular, the importance of participation in classroom activities is emphasized in order to benefit from the interaction with colleagues and teachers and participation in project work activities. Furthermore, as an additional service to students, it is also expected that these lessons will be video-recorded and, upon request, can be made available on the portal. However, it is emphasized that the recordings do not represent a substitute for the lessons and activities carried out in the classroom.
Learning assessment procedures
Approximately every three/four weeks of lessons, multiple choice tests are scheduled to verify the learning of the contents of the lessons. The tests will be managed via MOODLE with the presence in the classroom or remotely via ZOOM.
Evaluation criteria
Periodic tests are intended to verify: a. the student's preparation on the topics covered in the lessons of the last month and b. the ability to apply models and solutions in a real context.
