In addition, the student will have acquired knowledge of the major drawing collections and drawing cabinets of the Western world.

Program
The course will address the subject of Titian's drawings, after an introduction in which a concise outline of the history of drawing in Renaissance Venice will be presented. The following reading perspectives will be considered: attributions, dating, analysis of states of conservation, copies and forgeries. The lectures will also have a seminar character, with questions and discussions in the classroom.
