Il semestre filtro: il percorso di accesso a Medicina, Odontoiatria e Veterinaria
A partire dall’anno accademico 2025/2026, l’accesso ai corsi di laurea a ciclo unico in Medicina e chirurgia (LM-41), Odontoiatria e protesi dentaria (LM-46) e Medicina veterinaria (LM-42) cambia profondamente. Non c’è più un test d’ingresso iniziale unico: tutti gli studenti interessati possono iscriversi al “semestre filtro” (detto anche semestre aperto), frequentare tre insegnamenti fondamentali, sostenere gli esami nazionali e concorrere, tramite graduatoria nazionale, all’accesso al secondo semestre del corso scelto. Questa sezione ti spiega in breve che cosa significa il semestre filtro, come funziona, quali esami dovrai sostenere e cosa accade in caso di mancata ammissione.
Come iscriversi
Gli studenti (UE e non-UE) presentano domanda online sul portale universitaly per il semestre filtro e indicano al contempo un corso affine.

Le materie fondamentali
Il semestre filtro prevede tre insegnamenti: Chimica e propedeutica biochimica, Fisica e Biologia. Ogni corso vale 6 CFU, per un totale di 18 CFU.

Prove uniformi in tutta Italia
Gli esami si tengono nello stesso giorno in tutte le università, con domande identiche a livello nazionale (31 domande per materia, 45 minuti ciascuno). Sono previsti due appelli: primo appello 20 novembre 2025 ore 11:00, secondo appello 10 dicembre 2025 ore 11:00.
Selezione nazionale e vie alternative
I punteggi ottenuti formano la graduatoria nazionale per accedere al secondo semestre. Chi non viene ammesso, ma ha conseguito almeno 18/30 in ciascun esame, può proseguire nel corso affine scelto, con riconoscimento dei CFU acquisiti.

Who can apply for individual modules?
Students who have obtained an Italian high school diploma (or equivalent foreign qualification) can apply for individual modules.
For master's degrees' single modules a bachelor degree (or equivalent) is required.
People who have a foreign qualifications/degrees need to receive the validation by the Single modules office.
Who are these modules for?
Individual modules can be useful for those who need CFU/ECTS credits in order to satisfy requirements for teaching or other public competitions; students who are applying for a Master’s degree and need to enhance their academic cv in order to meet the relevant entry requirements; students who intend to complete their degree programme in a shorter time. Individual modules may also be useful for vocational training purposes.
What modules cannot be taken as individual modules?
It is not possible to enrol in individual modules that are part of the Single cycle/Combined Bachelor+Master’s degree programmes in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics, Pharmacy, Health Care professions, Primary teacher education, and Healthcare Professions courses. No modules that are part of the first year of the Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences will be available as individual modules. Enrollment in individual courses in the first year of the degree program in Nutraceutical Sciences and Food Health is also not permitted. When should I apply for individual modules?
How many exams can I take as individual modules?
It is possible to earn up to 30 CFU/ECTS per academic year, unless otherwise specified in the teaching regulations of the degree programme, or by specific resolution of the relevant Teaching Committee.
Can I take all exams listed in the Catalogo dei CORSI SINGOLI?
No, all requests must be first approved by the Teaching Committee .
