Learning outcomes
Subject of the discipline is the traditional study of civil law in its various characteristics, including the general issues related to law (legal order and its implementation, interpretation of legal facts, rights and legal relationship). In particular, the framework includes the learning of basic concepts related to individuals and companies, to obligations and their sources (contracts in general, unlawful acts and non contractual facts), to specific contracts, companies, property interests, family and succession. The aim of the course is to direct the student, through the study of the basics of the subject, in the analysis of different contractual relationships in a unified vision of the legal order that also considers the impact on the internal level of EU law.
Examination Methods
