Learning outcomes
The module will provide an introduction to Modernist literary experimentation with a focus upon the relation between History and Myth.
Program
The module will examine the narrative and poetic articulation of the relation between History and Myth in two canonical texts of Modernist literary experimentation: James Joyce’s Ulysses and T.S. Eliot’s The Waste Land.
