Learning outcomes

the objectives of the traineeships and exercises are to assist, participate and experiment with the different forms of educational proposals offered by the world of sport, in particular that aimed at young athletes but also at different levels from amateurism to professionalism;
experiment the observation of the groups and the actions of the technicians of different levels, sports and functions from the physical trainer to the sports educator for the children



Program

basketball, volleyball and five-a-side soccer exercises with different meanings:
from the minibasket to the basket;
from the basics of defense to those of attack in volleyball;
physical preparation according to the performance model in 5-a-side football;
choice of sports organizations that propose innovative methodologies and didactics contextualized in different sports and for different levels.

provided by the various instructors and training tutors according to the different methods (attendance form, internship evaluation form, etc.)
