Learning outcomes
The course aims to:
- Present the sociological perspective and its historical evolution
- Deepen the sociological theories (micro and macro)
- Deepen the link between society and knowledge
- Analysis of what are the mechanisms that determine and define how the person acts, knows and interacts in society
- To present what are the methodological tools
Program
The first part of the program will analyze the historical evolution of sociology and studies micro and macro
The second part will address in detail the relationship between society and knowledge
In the third part it will be presented to students in a specific sociological study, to understand what are the methodological tools used and which mode of analysis

Examination Methods
The exam will be divided into two parts:
- first: written test on general part
- Second: oral examination on the monographic
Will have access to the oral test ONLY those who have passed the written part
