Provide basic knowledge of European and national institutions, their operating mechanisms and interactions at a local level.
Understand the historical evolution of the common agricultural policy, content and mode of application of environmental and food policies in national and EU contest.

2) The food policy:
a) motivation of an agricultural and food processing;
b) the objectives and instruments;
c) stakeholders.
3) The role of institutions in the management of agricultural and food policy:
a) the EU;
b) the State;
c) the local authorities (regions).
