Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide the students of the V-VI year course with basic knowledge on the use of various technologies in surgery.
- Introductory lesson.
- Laparoscopic Surgery: three hours in group to show the available devices. Additionally videos could be used to support other laparoscopic techniques (e.i. cholecystectomy, appendectomy).
- Suture Materials - Prosthetic Materials: Two hours, training exercices with Suture Materials.
- Mechanical sutures: Two hours, training exercices with devices used in surgery.
