Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide the theoretical foundations and practical references to understand the organizations, their functions and the processes of business development through the study of models, structures and organizational variables. At the end of the course the student will demonstrate that he has acquired the knowledge to analyse the organizational structures and variables and to identify the development opportunities of a company. This knowledge will enable the student to: i) use dedicated languages in the approach to enterprises and human resources; ii) recognize the plans and the tools aimed at effectiveness and efficiency; iii) identify opportunities for developing an entrepreneurial idea in relation to their skills and support networks. At the end of the course the student will be able to: i) identify the management model best adapted to the company objectives by enhancing their skills and identifying the potential development of their own product/patent; ii) relate with the relevant stakeholders of the different phases of the development stages of an enterprise (institutions, entrepreneurs and managers, colleagues and collaborators, suppliers and customers, iii) collect and update the knowledge about companies to be able to interact with them.

Examination Methods
Written examination (choice of taking reserved tests for students who attend);
The exam is writing (20 multiple-choice questions, up to 20/30, and two open questions, up to 10/30) throughout the program; Oral examination for Erasmus students who request it.
The multiple choice questions intend measuring the knowledge of the specific contents of the program envisaged in the text "Organizzazione del lavoro per lo sviluppo delle risorse umane" Favretto G .; the open questions will allow the student's ability to express and link together the concepts learned in a coherent and concise way (in particular in the text "Competenze Imprenditoriali" Cubico S, Favretto G.)
Detailed information on the exam will be placed in the e-learning platform of the course.
Attending students have the opportunity to access an assessment test dedicated to them with possible oral integration to enhance the analysis and knowledge acquired during the active participation in the lessons (discussions, meetings with witnesses ...).
