Program
FIRST PART
- Introduction to the theory of organizations;
- Key concepts to describe organizations: structure, culture, power and environment (with a focus on the first two).
SECOND PART
- Transition to work and occupational socialization: a first overview;
- Entry into the labour market: the point of view of nurses.

Didactic methods
The teaching methods consist of:
- Frontal lessons
- Discussion and group exercises
- Dialogue with direct testimonies. It is planned to host experts and former students of the Degree in Nursing.
Learning assessment procedures
Written exam in multiple choice quiz mode and open questions.

Evaluation criteria
The exam aims to evaluate the effective understanding of the main concepts of the sociology of organization and work socialization; and the ability to contextualize them in one's internship experience.
