Program
The sources of regulation of the employment relationship and relationships between sources. International regulations, laws and acts having the force of law. Contractual discipline (Health Sector). Subordination and autonomy, subordinate, autonomous and para-subordinate work. Advantages and disadvantages. Establishment of the employment relationship. Contract types (fixed-term, part-time, intermittent). The conduct of the employment relationship. the powers of the employer, classification of workers, assignment, working hours, hypothesis of suspension of employment relationships (accident, pregnancy, illness...). Termination of the employment relationship (layoffs). The responsibilities of the nurse for the part of his competence of labor law. Civil and administrative criminal liability and disciplinary measures reflections on cases: what are the repercussions on the actions.
