Learning outcomes
To discuss and analyse the most frequent cardiovascular diseases. To know the most important diagnostic investigations (instrumental and in-laboratory) in the differential diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. To know the indications, the roles and the goals of the most impaortant rehabilitation programs, To know the most prominent issue in quality of life of patients affected by cardiovascular disease, with particular focus on rehabiltation.

Cardiac anatomy.
Phisiology of the cardiovascular system.
Cardiovascular risk factors.
Cardiovascular prevention.
Ischemic cardiomiopathy: risk factors, clinical presentation, medical therapy, percutaneous and surgical treatment.
Heart failure: risk factors, clinical presentation, medical therapy, percutaneous and surgical treatment.
Heart valvular diseases: aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, aortic regurgitation, mitral regurgitation. risk factors, clinical presentation, medical therapy, percutaneous and surgical treatment.
Cardiovascular rehabilitation post-percutaneous and surcical treatment of ischamic cardiomiopathy and valvular diseases.
