Didactic methods
The teaching method is inspired by a form of "Tinkering" adapted to the needs of university-level education, while maintaining a spirit that aims for deductive rather than inductive knowledge. Through the use of slides, students are encouraged to observe and deduce the fundamental characteristics of the tissues covered in the program, correlating the form with the function performed by the tissue itself. In addition to slides, videos are also used.
Learning assessment procedures
The exam is written and consists of 30 multiple-choice questions (each question has 5 options, with only one correct answer).
One point is awarded for each correct answer, and there are no penalties for incorrect answers.
A passing grade is achieved with 18 correct answers.
Evaluation criteria
The test aims to assess the knowledge and the scientific terminology learned by the student. The questions use precise scientific language, which leads to the correct answer only if the student is familiar with it.
