Learning outcomes

Through the principal approaches this course wants to introduce the students to the knowledge of the organizations and in particular health organizations. Then, it wants to analyse their characteristics, models, inner dynamics and the relationships with organizations and social contest.

Program

The course wants to provide the theoretical and methodological instruments in order to know organizations.
At first, it will be introduced the concept of work and its more recent transformations as contest in which the organization moves. Then, it will be studied organization through different aspects: for example, power and hierarchy and socialization of new workers (also from different cultures), with particular attention for learning organizations.
