Learning outcomes

Conoscere le nozioni di base in relazione a eziopatogenesi, caratteristiche cliniche specifiche, prognosi, evoluzione dei reumatismi infiammatori cronici dell’adulto in particolare dell’artrite reumatoide, delle spondiloartriti sieronegative (spondilite anchilosante, artrite psoriasica in particolare).
Conoscere le scale di valutazione di malattia, il programma terapeutico (farmacologico e non farmacologico).
Saper differenziare la lombalgia meccanica da quella infiammatoria.
Conoscere le nozioni di base sulle connettiviti in particolare sulla sclerodermia in relazioni alle peculiarità riabilitativa in particolare per quanto riguarda la mano sclerodermica.
Conoscere l’eziopatogenesi, i fattori di rischio, il quadro clinico e le modalità di approccio terapeutico della osteoartrosi.
Conoscere le nozioni di base sulla sindrome fibromialgica. Conoscere le tipologie del dolore. Conoscere il programma di trattamento (farmacologico e non farmacologico) della sindrome fibromialgica
Conoscere la eziopatogenesi, i fattori di rischio, il quadro clinico e la terapia della osteoporosi.

Program

I reumatismi: generalità
Osteoartrosi: cos’ è, clinica, fattori di rischio, terapia.
Artrite reumatoide: note patogenetiche, clinica, principi di terapia medica e riabilitativa. Scale di valutazione della malattia.
Lombalgia infiammatoria e spondilite anchilosante.
Cenni sulle connettiviti.
Cenni sulla osteoporosi
La fibromialgia: cenni patogenesi, clinica. Terapia integrata.

Esame: scritto a domande in parte aperte ed in parte a quiz.
