Learning outcomes
The module aims to teach students how to apply during clinical practice the so called "Evidence Based Practice" model.
Particularly, the student will learn to:
- translate a clinical question into a question searchable in the biomedical litterature
- construct a search strategy to investigate the major biomedical databases
- choose the more appropiate study (e.g., experimental vs observational, primary vs secondary study)
- execute the critical appraisal of randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews
