Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge to get a thorough understanding of the main types of traditional prostheses and implant-supported prostheses with a focus on diagnosis and prosthetic treatment planning.

Program

The course program includes the discussion of the following topics:
- The concept of the prosthesis and its value for the patient
- The different types of prosthesis
- Conventional fixed prosthesis
- Temporary restoration and temporary cementation
- Implant-supported prosthesis
- Maxillofacial Prosthetics
