Learning objectives

ORGANISATION AND HEALTH LEGISLATION educational objectives: The main aims are the following : -to understand the nature of the complex systems and of the health care services -to acquire the basis of process managment and healthcare network. -to learn the tools to define and develope working skilss. -to further the knowledge about the Risk Managment and patient safety, with a theoric approch and real life examples. -to learn methods and tools to approach simple and complex tasks in the healthcare organisation. -to acknowledge programmation phases : needs, demands and offers. SOCIOLOGY OF HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES: The course allows the student to understand the the conconcept, the structure, the characteristics and operation of an health organization, adopting the sociological approach in determining the understanding of the related phenomena; identifying processes and duties linked to introducing the employee to the job and the ones that sustain and promote teamworking
