The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Learning outcomes

MODULO ETICA E MEDICINA LEGALE Obiettivi formativi: Fornire le conoscenze fondamentali di natura giuridica e medico legale atte allo svolgimento corretto della professione, con elettivo riferimento alle problematiche di carattere penalistico (segreto professionale, obbligo di referto ecc.), al sistema delle assicurazioni sociali e alla responsabilità professionale sanitaria; acquisizione delle conoscenze di base di deontologia e bioetica. MODULO ORGANIZZAZIONE E REGOLAMENTAZIONE DELLA PROFESSIONE MODULO PSICOLOGIA APPLICATA Obiettivi formativi: Il corso si propone di fornire una panoramica generale ma utile della psicologia applicata alle attività lavorative e ai contesti organizzativi. Verranno trattati i temi dei fattori psicologici che interferiscono positivamente e/o negativamente con la prestazione lavorativa, l'orientamento al compito e l'orientamento alla relazione, la comunicazione e le dinamiche di gruppo.

The course will deal with: - perceptions, evaluations and mutual representations of people at work; - person and role, task orientation and people orientation; - organizational co-habitation and diversity management; - efficiency, efficacy and satisfaction in communication; - group dynamics(inclusion vs exclusion; cooperation vs competition); - safety and safety climate.

La frequenza in aula delle lezioni è obbligatoria ed è prevista per tutti e tre gli anni di corso.

 
Per gli studenti l’accesso in aula richiederà obbligatoriamente la preventiva prenotazione del posto tramite l’App UNIVR Lezioni.
