Learning outcomes

.ll laboratorio didattico si propone di avviare un processo di conoscenza attraverso la pratica sviluppando delle abilità specifiche in particolare: l’esecuzione di uno striscio ematico da sangue periferico, la colorazione con May Grunwald – Giemsa, l’utilizzo di una bilancia analitica.

Program

.Visione della tecnica dello striscio ematico da sangue periferico, della colorazione di May Grunwald – Geimsa e dell’utilizzo della bilancia analitica mediante osservazione della conduttrice che simula le varie fasi e contemporanea compilazione della ceck list da parte degli studenti. Successiva esecuzione individuale con supervisione del tutor e osservazione e confronto tra gli studenti.
