Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to analyze all organizational dynamics in the different healthcare facilities (hospitals, districts, ASL, etc..) focusing on supply chain management of goods and patients and the role of logistics service in the healthcare system.

1. Managing health care organization

- The trade-off between the service and efficiency
