Learning outcomes
The objective of the course is to understand the principles of healthcare organization and corporatization with the organizational and professional implications in the workplace on the role and functions of the TSRM. Furthermore, contents related to the concept of economic management are analyzed in depth, analyzing the role of the Health Technology Assessment with a view to taking care of the patient, in order to acquire the basics of process management in care networks. HEALTH SERVICES MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION The aim of the course is to analyze all organizational dynamics in the different healthcare facilities (hospitals, districts, ASL, etc..) focusing on supply chain management of goods and patients and the role of logistics service in the healthcare system. MANAGEMENT OF WORK PROCESSES IN RADIOLOGICAL, RADIOTHERAPY AND NUCLEAR MEDICINE DEPARTMENTS 1. know the training and professional development of Radiographer 2. learn about the aspects of work describing professional activities and practices 3. interpret the continuity of care for the role and skills of Radiographer 4. understand the principles of organization of work in Radiology / Nuclear Med / Radiotherapy / Medical Physics 5. describe the principles of organization and the impact on the Radiographer professional 6. describe and interpret the concept of economic management for the areas of expertise of the Radiographer 7. Understand the meaning of Quality Management and Quality Assurance. HEALTH LAWS AND HEALTH SYSTEMS This course provide the tools to orientate in the complex world of the healthcare system organization. The expected results are: Knowlwdge: - to undrline the difference between the healthcare system and the national health system - to know the difference between local health company and hospital agency - to explain the essential levels of assistance - to know the basic rules of financing of the healthcare systems and healthcare organizations ability: - to describe the difference among authoritazion, institutional a ccreditazion, excellance accreditation - to contextualize the feauture and the way of provideing of the healthcare services - to understand report of rating the outcames of healthcare organization.
