General notions regarding the territorial context and the typology of Hospitals
General notions on the organization of a Hospitals and Strategic management
Morals, ethics, deontology
Professional ethics
The TSRM Code of deontology (2004)
The Ethical Constitution
The main regulations regarding the liability of the TSRM
Sanctions and disciplinary proceedings

The final test will be carried out in writing, through an evaluation questionnaire with 25 multiple choice questions and 5 open-ended questions

Ability to organize and articulate knowledge in a coherent and structured manner.
