Learning outcomes
Provide students with introductory knowledge and knowledge of safety and health in the workplace and in the workplace. Define the frames of reference concerning the technical and professional contents that base and regulate the aspects related to this issue.
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to circumscribe the health and safety system inherent in the scenario assigned, understanding and evaluating the situation described in relation to the discipline inherent in the prevention of work.
Program
Definition of risk factor. The evolution of approaches and legislation in the field of safety and health at work. Subjective and Objective Security. The legal principles and foundations of the work prevention system. The Single Text on health and safety at work: guiding principles in the delegated law. Role and competence of the prevention technician in the field of prevention, verification and control of health and safety protection. Activities of prevention and repression. The power of access. Supervisory bodies and national institutions. Title I of Legislative Decree no. 81/08: scope and application particularities, subjects of prevention and warranty obligations. Principle of effectiveness. Protection of third parties. Legal entities and the undertaking

The student must demonstrate that he understands the theoretical notions related to the situation, and be able to expose them with appropriate technical language. He must know how to transfer the knowledge learned, to the proposed application cases, analyzing the case.
