Program
Administrative liability of entities dependent on a crime: criteria for imputation, with particular reference to the interest and advantage in organizational guilt. Exemption criteria: the Organization and Management Model, preventive characteristics in the relationship between Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and Legislative Decree no. 81/2008; Elements characterizing the Model. Construction of the APG. Application cases. Characterizations of the system of social responsibility and of the system for the health and safety of workers.

Face-to-face lessons. Theoretical contents are integrated with the analysis of case studies.
Learning assessment procedures
Written open-ended exam with case study analysis.
Evaluation criteria
The student must demonstrate that he has understood the theoretical notions relating to the reported situation, and be able to present them with appropriate technical language. He will have to critically analyze the situations described and propose the related most congenial technical solutions.
