Learning outcomes
Basic knowledge of the technical exercises and teaching of Athletics specialities, training methodologies and their development.
Program
During the lessons will be analyzed technical exercises and teaching methods of several specialties: speed, hurdles, jumps and throws. Next will be proposed teaching progressions for special exercises and specific indications for each of them. There will be also explained the training methods: general, special and specific.
Examination Methods
Written test with multiple choice questions and practical test.
