Learning outcomes

Basic knowledge of the technical exercises and teaching of Athletics specialities, training methodologies and their development.

Program

During the lessons will be analyzed technical exercises and teaching methods of several specialties: speed, hurdles, jumps and throws. Next will be proposed teaching progressions for special exercises and specific indications for each of them. There will be also explained the training methods: general, special and specific.

Examination Methods

Written test, with multiple choice questions and open questions, aimed at verifying knowledge of the topics on the program.
Practical test to verify the learning in raw form of the execution of starting blocks, hurdles, long jump, high jump and shot put.
Each test is associated with a score in 30ths, the average of which will give the final mark.
