Learning outcomes

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
• advanced theoretical and technical-methodological knowledge, with particular regard to the analysis and under-standing of the social, welfare and healthcare institutional realities
• knowledge of the methods of professional intervention on personal situations, family situations and groups charac-terized by high complexity

ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
ability to interpret the different situations of hardship and to promote the well-being of the community.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
The course is dedicated to the understanding of the social psychological processes underlying knowledge management and decision making in complex services contexts. Some of the variables of individual difference will be presented, which more than others have importance in the management of the relationship in interdisciplinary organizational contexts. Finally, the psychosocial processes that contribute to the construction and management over time of the user / operator relationship will be explained, in the care and assistance professions.

Examination Methods

The exam will be in written form and will include both multiple choice questions and open-ended questions on the 3 parts that make up the program (max 32 points).

For those who decide to attend the course, it will be possible to participate in a collaborative activity relating to the third part of the program, which can be evaluated up to a maximum of 10 points. In case of achievement of the sufficiency (6/10), the students who have participated in the activity will be exempted from part 3 of the program (i.e. scientific articles in English) and the score obtained will be added to the mark of the written exam (which will focus exclusively on the first two parts and will be assessable up to a maximum of 22 points)
