KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
• advanced theoretical and technical-methodological knowledge, with particular regard to the analysis and under-standing of the social, welfare and healthcare institutional realities
• knowledge of the methods of professional intervention on personal situations, family situations and groups charac-terized by high complexity
ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
ability to interpret the different situations of hardship and to promote the well-being of the community.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
The course is dedicated to the understanding of the social psychological processes underlying knowledge management and decision making in complex services contexts. Some of the variables of individual difference will be presented, which more than others have importance in the management of the relationship in interdisciplinary organizational contexts. Finally, the psychosocial processes that contribute to the construction and management over time of the user / operator relationship will be explained, in the care and assistance professions.

Didactic methods
The course will be delivered exclusively in person, using both frontal teaching and classroom exercises.
There are optional individual and group activities.
All students must register on the Moodle platform of the course, which will be the main communication channel of the course and where all the resources used in class can be found.
Possible changes will be assessed according to the trend of the national health situation.
Learning assessment procedures
The final exam will consist of a written test:
For parts 1 and 2 of the program:
• 13 closed questions (1 point for each correct answer);
• 3 short open questions (evaluable from 0 to 3 points);
For module 3 of the program:
• 1 open question assessable from 0 to 10 points;
Participation in the individual activity will make it possible to acquire n. 1 extra points, which will be added to the score obtained in the written test;
Participation in the collaborative activity (third part of the program) will be evaluated up to a maximum of 10 points. In case of passing (6/10), you will be exempted from the exam from module 3 and the score obtained will be added to the mark obtained in the final exam.
Evaluation criteria
• Closed questions do NOT have penalties for wrong answers.
• The extra points of the individual activity will be added to the final score only if the written test is sufficient, or a grade equal to or greater than 18;
• In case of failure of the exam or of renouncing the grade obtained, the extra points obtained will NOT be lost, but will be kept until the last exam session of the 2023/2024 ay;
• At the discretion of the professor, it will be possible to request an oral supplement to the student.
