Learning outcomes
The course will focus on family law institutes, with particular attention to the changes of the most recent years. Specifically, we will analyze the discipline of the family as a social education and fundamental human right and marriage and filiation in all its forms.
We are going consider the regulations about the protection of minors. The aim is to provide the student the tools to understand the legal cases concerning the family. There will be a critical analysis of the different issues. Specifically, the
students will acquire the skills to understand the legal system and solve the main problems.
