Learning outcomes
GENERAL LEARNING OBJECTIVES. *To know and understand the processes concerning training and education according to the perspective of disciplines such as philosophy, sociology, law, geography, and anthropology. *To apply ethics-philosophy, sociology, law, geography, and anthropology knowledge to observe and understand diversity and migratory phenomena in order to favour and support processes of social and cultural inclusion.
SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVES. *To acquire knowledge of the processes of change in the world of work, observed from the standpoint of different types of workers. *To acquire the ability to analyze and understand the changing processes in economy and in labor market, in relation to various sectors of production of goods and services, both public and private. *To acquire critical analysis skills of different organizational contexts, and the connection of sociological knowledge with that of other constituent disciplines. *To acquire the ability to retrieve critically, to interpret and analyse data and information (simple and complex indicators) related to changes in work. *To acquire the ability to represent the studied processes and contextualization of specific intervention actions.
