Learning outcomes
GENERAL AIMS. 1) Know and understand theories related to the mechanisms of psychological functioning of people at work and in organizations, including their motivations, satisfaction and well-being. 2) Apply the theories on the functioning of individuals, groups and organizations to the analysis of phenomena of learning and personal and social change. SPECIFIC TRAINING OBJECTIVES The course aims to allow the student to know and understand the theories related to the mechanisms of functioning of the different cognitive abilities in the work context and internally to the organizations, with particular reference to sensations and perceptions. Give the student the opportunity to apply theories about the cognitive functions of the person seen individually, in groups and in an organizational context with specific reference to learning, change activities and adaptation to the environment.
