Program
The programme is as follows:
1 - REGULATORY SOURCES: The individual contract and collective bargaining in the public and private sector. Analysis of the sources with specific reference to the health sector and the Province of Bolzano.
2 - THE QUALIFICATION OF THE WORK RELATIONSHIP: The employment contract and subordination - Subordination, autonomy, parasubordination; Article 2094 of the Italian Civil Code; collaborations. Worker-member, worker-member of a cooperative. Subordinate labour between typical contracts and non-standard contracts.
3 - THE EMPLOYER'S DIRECTIVE POWER: transversal limits (prohibition of discrimination; obligation of safety, protection of personal data), assignments, working hours, rest, holidays.
4. The power of control and disciplinary power
5 - TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. Dismissals in public and private employment

Didactic methods
The teaching methods consist of frontal lessons dedicated to the transmission of the basic notions of the course; the lessons are supported by dedicated teaching materials prepared by the professor and previously made available on moodle. They consist of: a handout with the legal texts and case law analysed during the lessons; guide-questions useful for verifying learning; slides with diagrams and conceptual maps.
Learning assessment procedures
Single oral test on the basis of the guiding questions delivered and examined in class.
Evaluation criteria
The oral test is assessed taking into consideration
- the correctness of the answer given to the questions asked;
- the depth and breadth of knowledge gained;
- the property of language;
- the ability to systemically link knowledge;
- analytical and argumentative capacity.
The overall grade is expressed in thirtieths.
The award of honours is linked to the following assessment of the examination: complete autonomy of the student, complete control of the discipline, particularly appreciable critical and argumentative capacity of the student.
