PART ONE - Relationship between continuing professional training and organization. - Definition of knowledge and learning; - The Relationship Between Organizational Learning Practices and the Learning Organization; - Permanent and situated education as key factor of work transformative practices and assistance (the work context as a pedagogical context).

The lessons will be held in person. The teaching method is interactive, with a theoretical and practical part
Learning assessment procedures
he exam will be conducted as an oral interview.
The assessment will include open-ended questions covering the entire syllabus, with particular focus on the student's ability to apply theoretical concepts to their current or intended work environment. The option to present an individual project work is also considered.
Evaluation criteria
The evaluation is expressed on a scale of thirty.
