Learning objectives
The course will provide students with the main elements of product, process innovation, radical and incremental innovation, and how to choose projects. This first part of the course ends with a specific module dedicated to Design management. The second part of the course introduces Lean Manufacturing tools and principles such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, and Kanban. Lean will be connected to Industry 4.0 and digital transformation elements such as ERPs. During the course, a local company will present its Lean implementation, and we will visit the company to see the field's applications directly.
